You can contact me and book a retreat that will nourish your body and soul. Spend a few days away from a busy and stressful everyday life and dedicate those days to your health, wellbeing and personal growth. You will return back to your daily life and your family recharged and rested, stronger and motivated. You cannot pour from an empty jar. As you “refill your jar” you can pour your energy for others.
My retreat programs usually include movement and meditation classes, inspirational workshops, and building supportive community. Choose your own retreat place and I can prepare a program for you or check my calendar for upcoming ready retreats.
