Stretch, relax, meditate - weekly online class


Join us from anywhere around the globe for one hour of gentle meditative practice that will bring peace and relaxation to your body and mind. The practice includes gentle yin yoga, somatic therapy, simple breathwork and meditation. The guidance is in English. We connect live via ZOOM and all participants also receive the recording.

Weekly on Thursdays 6.30 - 7.30 p.m. CET (check your time zone)

Price per lesson: 250 Kc/10 Eur/11 USD including the recording

You will need: quiet space, yoga mat or carpet, blanket, towel or yoga belt, screen (laptop, tablet…) and internet connection
