Who is welcomed:
All teen girls 13 – 18 years old, no previous yoga or mindfulness experience is necessary. Any specific physical or mental issues or unease need to be discussed with Jana prior to signing up. The course will be lead in English.
Price: 165 Eur / 4.600 Kc
Price includes: 15hour course content including all yoga/pilates props for practice, gift bag with meditation goodies for home.
"I experienced the joy of attending Jana´s yoga classes as an after school activity during my Junior- year of high school. Unlike any other body movement-focused class I have taken in the past, Jana´s yoga classes are something different.
